At Off The Plate Animal Sanctuary, a 501c3, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and provide life-long care to unwanted, mistreated or neglected farmed animals. Our goal is to provide them a “forever home” full of compassion, love, optimal health and safe pastures to live their natural lives in peace. Our passion is to educate the public on not contributing to the exploitation of animals
so that we can live in a world where animals do not need to be rescued.
MY STORY
Hello, I'm Gretchen. My dream has always been to rescue animals in need, but it quickly became clear to me that my passion is to show people the sentience of these beautiful beings so that they can make more compassionate choices in their life.
